HOW TO NAME THEM?

College Students, the future of our nation, the blooming young leaders who are going to lead the country are the phrases to denote them. But as a topsy-turvy to this, the heart shaking act of them made the whole country to change the view about them. It’s the case of brutal campus violence(Infant Jesus college of engineering), the principal of an engineering college was hacked to death by three students at the college campus in Vallanadu, a village 40 kms off the port town of Tuticorin in southern Tamil Nadu, on 17th of October 2013 morning.

This savage was attempted by the 3 merciless students of that college, P Pichaikannan (21), a fourth year aeronautical engineering student from Nazareth near Tirunelveli, G Dannis (22), a fourth year B Tech student from Sivaganga and M Prabakaran (21), a third year BE civil engineering student from Nagapattinam. Pichaikannan was handling a kangaroo court inside the campus and so he was suspended along with his 2 friends. This must have furiated him, who conspired with his friends.

“Anybody can become angry, but to be angry with the right person, right degree and at right time for the right purpose matters”, says the great thinker ARISTOTLE. If the student would have given space for his mind to think about his family and the principal’s family, this cruel act must have been dodged. Mistakes done will be punished, the suspension is also a consequence of such mistake. The social networking sites throws light to this case and people are sharing their views so distinctly.

The root cause behind this scene is lack of care from parents. The youngsters will be full of  spirit, but the major part of exhibiting them the correct path is with their parents. If these students were noticed well by their parents, they might not have become great leaders but surely they would not have become CULPRITS.
